Delivery was delayed without warning. The images on the website are misleading and the order does not correspond to it. Ps. Blushing Beauty (item number A7) on the website (standart) and in life (premium).
I ordered flowers for a dear friend and she received the wrong arrangement. I called Washington Flowers the next morning and they took immediate action. They delivered the correct arrangement in less than two hours. The man I spoke with was super helpful and apologetic. I appreciate his help and quick service. Thank you!!

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere on 2/2/26 to be delivered on 2/13/26. It was for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. It was never delivered so I checked my email and my order was cancelled at 4:53pm today which is the day it was supposed to be there! I have zero chance of finding a replacement. No phone call, nothing!! This was my first time ordering from this florist and its my last. UPDATE 2/14: I called this florist today to ask why my order was canceled at the last minute giving me zero options on finding a replacement. The man who answered the phone said "so that's why you left the bad review, call me after valentines". Then he hung up on me! I called back, I want an explanation! My 6yr old and 11yr old nieces used their own money to buy those for their grandparents anniversary dinner tonight, I cant tell you how utterly disappointed they are. The man on the phone said he didn't care. That got me very hot and I did yell and swear at him, which is not ok. His customer service was awful and I would caution anyone ordering from a florist that doesn't care.
This place is the permanent flower store, named ‘Florist’ - for the long standing floral business of Washington Flowers. Also, still serving at ARCO Marysville - as always at MV. Their unique floral collections and loyalty to customers are appreciated for long! Their floral artists are awesome and well behaved, can make fantastic custom bouquets for you! They even have very unique and fresh floral collections and vases for any occasion arrangements!! Recommend!
