Incredible customer service! I was able to call, provide a budget, and share specific examples of my style preferences. They were so helpful, even sending text pictures of recommendations to make sure it was exactly right. The final arrangement was absolutely fantastic. It far exceeded my expectations and truly wowed everyone who saw it. It has been a long time since I’ve been this impressed by a florist. The delivery made the birthday extra special. 5 stars!

I had an excellent experience with this flower boutique last week. I placed an order for a birthday and requested an early pickup. Even though the shop opens at 9:30am, the florist kindly came in at 8:15am to accommodate my schedule—something I truly appreciated. That kind of customer service is hard to find. The bouquet was beautifully arranged and exactly what I wanted. The shop itself has a really nice setup and atmosphere that shows how much pride and care they put into their work. I’ll definitely be returning for future orders!
