I received kind and prompt telephone responses from this business but was disappointed in the flowers sent to my Mother in law for her birthday. My bad- I did order online for delivery the next day. I picked from their ‘Same Day Delivery’ menu assuming this was representative of flowers they kept in stock. I understand it being March there’d probably be some substitutions…but pink, white, blue, green was changed to dark red plus sunflowers. When I called concerned I was told that an ‘Upgraded, larger’ bouquet was being sent as they were out of flowers that matched my order. I asked if they could please remove the clearly wilted and browning red lilies, (viewable in the photo sent for approval), and was assured they would. It looks like there’s still sad lilies in the arrangement that arrived. Thank you for the same day delivery and larger bouquet but please cut out the wilted blooms before sending if this happens with another customer.
