A first time customer who lives on the east coast, but wanted to send our daughter flowers for hosting our family’s Thanksgiving weekend. Before arranging the display, the designer sent me a picture of the flowers which she would possibly use. She listened to my container and color requests. They came to our daughter’s apartment in beautiful shape. I felt that this personal attention was wonderful, especially from afar.
Reality vs expectations. I ordered the Apricot Garden for well over $100. This is what was delivered. My first sign of trouble should have been when they promised to send me a pic of the arrangement before it went out, and didn’t. I’ve ordered from here several times. The people seem nice and the deliveries are on time. But I’ll have to move on. This is the 3rd time the arrangements just aren’t pretty.
We placed an artist’s choice bouquet order (the standard arrangement) as a get well gift for one of our colleagues and this is the fun and beautiful creation the florists came up with. I love the pumpkin as a seasonal touch. The color palette and textures are all lovely. We received a text and email with a picture of the arrangement before it went out for delivery, which was a nice surprise. I expected it to be a total surprise and was hoping for the best, but it’s great that you’re given the opportunity to call with any additional requests after you see the bouquet. Highly recommend!
