Over all great experience...Order was delivered on time ( I ordered online before they opened to be delivered to a business down the street), prices are a bit high in my opinion but every place is mostly that way right now, items were all delivered correctly I ordered flowers, a birthday balloon, a stuffed animal (she got a white teddy bear & small box of chocolates) I requested to make sure it was a birthday package ( balloon etc) they did great & they filled out card properly pretty hand writing. My only real complaint which I wasn't happy about upon immediate delivery is I saw a flower was dead from the picture my friend sent me (a white flower to the lower left by the roses in front) & a stem had brown on it more in the center (which should have been fixed prior to delivery) other then that the rest were gorgeous but the person who recieved the items didn't say anthing about it even if they noticed it & was very appreciative of the gifts. I thought since she had to work on her bday those items would make it bit less crappy being there. Other then that I'd say amazing job & would recommend. I'd order from them again just leave a note to make sure they inspect flowers a bit better.

I was looking for a last minute arrangement to be delivered. Ryklee went out of her way to help me figure out my last minute predicament. She made a few referrals when she couldn’t provide what I needed but after talking with her further, I decided to see if I could make it work with her. She was so helpful and kind! Ryklee described an arrangement to me that sounded perfect and even offered to stay a bit later so that I could make it there on time to pick it up. When I arrived, there was a very warm smile waiting for me and when she showed me the arrangement … it was EXACTLY what I was picturing when she gave me the description over the phone. Ryklee gave me the best service that I have had in a long time. Thank you Ryklee!!!!!!
