I had a same day last minute request for a corsage and boutonnière in specific colors. The young lady who answered the phone had an attitude that was so positive even though we were last minute. I had called two other places and they seemed exasperated by my request. Within 2 hrs I had a custom made set ready for Prom. Thank you so much! I will order more flowers.
I ordered for the first time and was amazed at their amazing customer service especially on Christmas Eve! There was a miscommunication on how many red roses were available and they upgraded my order at no extra charge and sent me pictures to confirm my arrangement until I was pleased.
