My father recently passed away and my family and I went to a couple of florists for his service. Not only was the cost reasonable in comparison to others, but the quality of the casket spray as well as the individual 20 white roses ordered were lovely and fresh. My mother was satisfied with this florist’s work. Our experience was that she was understanding,, patient, warm, and reliable. Thank you for your professionalism and warmth. 🩷
I had the best experience with them. And will definitely be using them going forward. My wife could not make it into work because of our sick kid so they called to confirm, brought the flowers back to the shop and remade them for a later delivery. Incredible service and understanding. Beautiful arrangement too!
My husband ordered a bouquet for our 19th anniversary as a surprise. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered around 4pm, and when he called to ask why so late, the response he got was, “Did you specify it in the notes you wanted it delivered in the morning?” You would expect a surprise gift like this to arrive earlier in the day, not when the day is almost over. A surprise should help set the tone for a special occasion. To make matters worse, the bouquet delivered looked nothing like what he ordered. When I called, the lady said they would pick it up the next day and replace it with one that matched the photo. You would think they’d bring the replacement at the same time they picked up the original. Instead, they collected the flowers at 9:30am and didn’t return the replacement until 3pm. Considering my husband paid over $100, our expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, this shop did not meet them. I’m only giving 2 stars because they “tried” to make it right.
We ordered flowers online in Idaho to be delivered to Vancouver and they were delivered soo fast! And I think that the flowers that were delivered look BETTER than the picture online!!! If we order flowers again we will definitely use Fine Flowers.
I had a last minute order for a funeral service and they went above and beyond to get me what I needed with in a matter of hours. The flowers were beautiful and they were very compassionate and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Fine Flowers and I will definitely be using them again but hopefully for a happier occasion next time.
