I some how always see crazy posts about this location but I've not ever been here for any of those issues thankfully. I love this location however I hate that they removed the healthier section from the produce area. The store is always clean and cool. Security is very active. Pharmacy is really great. Staff is pretty great.
This one's a good spot to stop! Always a lot of food options, store is well kept and their security is very nice. Seems a bit odd that a manager just hangs out over at the security station just chatting versus helping out their staff, but maybe its protocol to have a manager in that space, who knows! The only odd spot, which has been adjusted is outside and the quantity of people camping in it for various reasons..but that's come a long way in the past couple years
I've been shopping at this location almost my entire life. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Even though this area has gone downhill in the recent years I never feel unsafe here. Security and employees are on point in ensuring customer safety. The store is always clean and easy to find what you're looking for.
I usually come to this Fred Meyer to shop, but I want to leave this review as I felt like this seemed highly inappropriate. I had made a grocery pick-up order for between 7 pm and 8 pm. I was getting off work at 7:30, but my coworker had come late, and I had then get off at 7:45pmish. I click on the app, and I am on my way, and I arrive at the pick-up spot around 7:53-7:55. The guy comes out and puts my groceries in my vehicle. He was literally done by 8:00 pm. He gave me a whole speech on how they close at 8 pm and how he didn't want to come off as scolding me, but that I needed to get there earlier when I arrived before 8, and had maybe 3-5 bags of groceries for him to put in my car. I understand that being on time means a lot, but I am a healthcare worker who cannot just leave work. Things happen. And even when I explained the situation on how things didn't go to plan, he kept commenting on how he "wasn't trying to scold me." He said this phrase at least three times to me to make sure I don't "inconvenience" someone again by coming a few minutes before close after a 12.5-hour work day. I had my mom on the phone, and let's just say, we were both appalled by this experience. If you guys close at 8, then close at 8. I was there before 8, and had plenty of time to get my groceries. I do not need to feel bad as a paying customer for coming when I COULD to get my groceries. He literally spent more time "trying not to scold me" than giving me a proper customer experience. It took him like a minute or so to ask me whatever questions he needed and then to put my groceries in my car. His sphiel was literally unnecessary and he would have been done before 8 if he didn't give me a lecture. This occurrence happened on November 21st.
I have been shopping at this. Fred Meyer since 2004 This review is for the pharmacy only. Since covid. I have switched pharmacies to this Fred Meyer and it is absolutely horrid. I have called in countless times over the last 5 years to pick up whatever prescription. And it is NEVER ready. This last week I've just finally had it. I called in a prescription refill on Friday 11/29/25. The automated system told me that it would be ready to be picked up on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. 11/30/25 I go today to pick it up Monday 12/1/25 at 3:30 pm. I stand in line at the pickup only to be told it'll be ready in an hour. My grocery shopping doesn't even take that long and I always go to the pharmacy after my shopping because I already expected my prescription to be ready for pickup. I am so absolutely just done with this pharmacy. I am changing and I'm going back to Walgreens. I only switched due to the convenience because this is where I do all my main shopping. But lately it has become more inconvenient to keep coming back and to keep calling for my refills.
