It is hard to order flowers for your loved ones when you are are 1200 miles away in AZ...but the Blossom Shop out did theirselves this week! I like to support local businesses - so I called the Blossom Shop directly. Thank you for the beautiful flowers for our Mother's Birthday yesterday!!!
I called the Blossom Shop because my daughter lost her best friend and I wanted something cheery. I loved the smiley cup mug with flowers but wanted more than just the yellow - they were very accommodating and kind and I loved what they my daughter - same day delivery and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
My girlfriend was having a rough day on Thursday I ordered same day delivery to her work. I called them at the end of the day and they said they were too busy they'd get it there tomorrow. The next day they told me at the end of the day they couldn't find the address (it was in the same town as them) they'd get it there the next day today they text me around noon and say they still can't get it to her and it will be there Monday. I just cancelled the order after that. I paid for same day delivery and they tried to send it 5 days later they are entirely incompetent in their job. However the lady on the phone who answered was kind and polite it wasn't her fault and she didn't deserve the earful I gave her so if she's reading this I apologize to you.
BE CAUTIOUS IF ORDERING FLOWERS ONLINE. I wanted to get my wife flowers that we could also use for a family dinner on Easter Sunday, so I placed an online order early Friday morning through their website, with delivery set for the next day (Saturday). I received an email confirmation of my order. Yet, on Saturday, no flowers arrived, and I hadn't received any communications indicating there was any issues, so I called but had to leave a voicemail. Easter Sunday came and went with still no flowers, email, call, or any other communications from the Blossom Shop. So I left another voicemail. On Monday, I finally received a return call from the Blossom Shop, in which an employee said their online ordering service had failed to relay the order because that company was in a different time zone and "they had already shut down for the weekend." At the end of the discussion, the only option the Blossom Shop offered was to re-submit the order (and for me to pay the same full price). But by then, Easter had passed. To me, this was terrible customer service. Even assuming that the asserted excuse was accurate (which I find to be an odd explanation, especially given the confirmation email early Friday morning), I was disappointed that the Blossom Shop took no responsibility whatsoever for the error. It's not that I was expecting anything like a huge bouquet for free, but there wasn't ANY recognition that their mistake came at my expense. If they couldn't deliver the flowers as promised, the least they could have done was inform me in a timely manner so I could have gotten flowers elsewhere.
I searched for balloon bouquets for delivery to another state for a special occasion. Blossumflowerdelivery came up and I ordered balloons. I was phoned that balloons weren’t available and would I change to floral bouquet. I reluctantly agreed when they promised delivery on their first truck out the next day. The Special Occasion came and went with no bouquet. Now customer service is trying to promise delivery 4 days after the event. I keep asking for a refund. So far, no refund has been given. I’d give zero stars if it were possible because I received nothing but aggravation from this company.
