Husband ordered flowers from Ruth’s roses for what ever reason this company was contacted to make the arrangement and deliver. 1) the arrangement was not delivered in the time agreed upon 2) husband ordered a deluxe arrangement higher cost larger arrangement, what he picked was not even close to being sent to a store. First photo is what he ordered except there should have been more flowers the second photo is what was sent to a store paid over 100 for this arrangement 3) wife spent 3 hours on the phone with “ Ruth’s roses” to receive no help, BBB contacted this place is a scam
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a very nice arrangement (Photo 1) and received an arrangement that looks like a 5 & 6 year old child put it together (Photo 2). I've made several calls to the customer service number and have be unsuccessful. The recipient of these flowers literally laughed and said it looks like someone went down to the local grocery store, bought some flowers and threw them in a vase.
No communication whatsoever. Left voicemails and emailed. Flowers were finally delivered, but not even remotely close to the bouquet that was ordered. Very frustrating and disappointing. Not sure how they are in business, honestly.
My husband ordered a Valentines bouquet through 1-800 Flowers, and the order got sent to "Superior" Blooms. There's nothing superior about this place. I sent him a picture of my arrangement, thanking him for the flowers, and he immediately responded, "That's not what I ordered." What I received looks nothing like the picture he sent me. The flowers were late arriving to my office as well. After seeing reviews on Yelp similar to my experience, I contacted 1-800 Flowers to make them aware of this "florist". They don't want a company like this representing their brand. I could've made a better arrangement than what I received. I do NOT recommend ordering from this place.
I called LATE yesterday afternoon, spoke to a lady who immediately answered my call through her personal number. Very polite, very professional. AFFORDABLE AND WORTH IT! My elderly aunt was in the hospital in low spirits, the flower arrangement made her day! Very pleased with this business 10 out of 10 recommend. We will be using them in the near future!
