Greg and the Rental Party staff are excellent in every way. They arrived promptly at the drop off and pick up times. The gold chairs made our event extra special and the linens were clean and well pressed. The letters were beautiful as well! Highly recommend for all of your party needs
Super easy rental and great service. Walked in, got my order in, all things were text to me regarding contracts, was able to do on my phone. At pick up, they loaded the rental chairs and I was even able to add another. Drop off was even smoother, will definitely come again.
They provided chairs for my wedding recently and everything was PERFECT. I even had trouble finding my way around the state capital so i called Greg and he helped me out with finding the way for all the guests. GREAT customer service VERY affordable prices. You'd be silly to not choose them for your events
We were unexpectedly set back on setting up the chairs for our event. The chairs were so dirty, we had to clean them (all 77) first. These chairs, when being returned to The Rental Party, should all be power washed for your next clients. It would add a nice shiny impression of your company. ALSO, my husband dropped off the chairs at 10am on Monday, as he was heading back to KS, and needed to be there by Tuesday. There were no employees around, and the doors had closed signs up. He is a disabled Veteran and has many issues with his back, knees, shoulders, feet, hands, etc. He unloaded all 77 chairs by himself. This caused him great pain and stress. We weren't aware that he would have to work for The Rental Party on Monday. I understand the manager had a funeral, which I empathize with, and let him know I was sorry for his loss; however, when my husband picked up the chairs at 9am Friday there were 4 to 5 employees to load. Where were those employees at 10 am on Monday?? The manager, Greg, only said that he could have waited until the next day. My husband didn't have the extra time to wait. It is a 14 hr drive to KS, and needed to be there by Tuesday. The process to complete the rental contract on a laptop was stressful as well. It is not laptop friendly. After several attempts, and filling out credit card info time and time again, I had to finish it on my cell phone, which also was not user friendly. When signing the screen, the screen wants to move around. We rented from another company a few years ago with zero issues. It would take a lot for me to rent from The Rental Party again. First impressions mean everything to gain repeat business.
Service was great and easy. Greg really knows what he’s doing and does a fast and awesome job. The tent easily withstood one of the worst storms this summer without a flaw. Drop off and set up was earlier than expected and easy on our part.
