My wife absolutely loved the Valentine’s Day bouquet from Young Floral. They offer delivery, and everything was handled smoothly. The arrangement looked incredible. We’ve been using Young Floral for a few years, and the flowers are always great. They seem to stay fresh longer than elsewhere too, which is a huge win! I felt completely at ease knowing it was taken care of—would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing something beautiful and reliable.
Very disappointed!! I’ve personally used them for over 20 years, my family has used them since they opened. Today my order did NOT reflect what I paid for! Called and asked why, was told they didn’t have the seed things but I was given an extra rose 🤨 Umm, I’m sorry but what about the extra pink flowers or the purple that are missing. Guess we don’t see those! I’m apparently going to get a $5 credit for the missing carnations! I’ll never use them again…so much for customer service & loyalty. Should have used the guys down the street like what was suggested from google 🤷♀️ (Geri Baisi-Cheeley)
Very helpful. This is the second time I’ve used their services for a funeral. The arrangements are beautiful, the flowers are beautiful and their service is amazing. Everything was delivered and set up early-they leave nothing to chance. I will continue to use them every time I need special flowers/arrangements.
I couldn’t be more happy with the beautiful arrangement and the customer service. I called from Florida with an idea and they executed it with perfection within five hours, including delivery. These were birthday flowers for my 20 yr old. I wanted her to be amazed by the arrangement because she is amazing to me. Beautiful job by Young Floral Co. Thank you.
If you were entertaining going to this flower shop, I want you to consider this: I would drive several hours away just to find a different florist. Not only is their service terrible with rude staff, their flower selection is lackluster and overpriced. Do better, Young Floral.
