So disappointing…I ordered a lantern embellished with flowers. When I got to the funeral home I couldn’t believe my eyes. The lantern was small white with a white ribbon stuck on top. I called and the comment was if they’d added silk flowers it would have been another $30 or $40. Also they wouldn’t add live flowers because they die! I asked why I wasn’t told that it would be only the lantern. The response was “ I don’t know who you talked to” I’ve ordered very similar items where I previously lived and they added live flowers and the lantern was a keepsake. The charge for this was $ 80. I’m beyond disappointed as to the quality of their product and customer service. I’ve attached a picture of their $80 masterpiece you be the judge…..
