i called one day before a family funeral, around 3pm. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional. We settled on a yellow and white color scheme and price. When I arrived at the church today the arrangement had already been delivered. It was spectacular. Large roses, rhotodendrum, mums and others arranged artfully in an understated vase. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend Franklin Florist to others. They were wonderful from beginning to end.
I live out-of-town and needed to order flowers for a funeral in Franklin, so I called Franklin Florist. A very helpful lady took my order over the phone and the price was very reasonable. The family that received the flowers told me that the arrangement was beautiful. It's great when you find a small, local business that delivers outstanding service!
