Pullman Square

There are several businesses in this area. The movie theatre is also here. I am not a fan of the parking garages so I try to find street parking when I can. The Inner Geek has interesting collectibles and books. They sometimes have old book sales with some prices being only a dollar. Pullman Pets is on the corner near Bask Smokehouse. The pet stire is really cool. There is a parrot in a huge cage when you first enter. They also have a really big take with a huge catfish in it. They also sell little aquarium fish, snakes and other reptiles, all sorts of animal supplies, and little furry animals too. Other mentionable stores in the square include: Cold Stobe Creamery, Roosters, Old North Arcade, Game Stop, and The Pottery Place. I would recommend this area. There is also a green space, with benches, to sit and relax from all the shopping!

Pullman Square is the heart of downtown Huntington and one of the city’s best assets. It is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy and enjoyable to spend time there. The mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and public space works extremely well, and everything is walkable and cohesive. It feels active without being chaotic and manages to support both everyday use and special events. Whether you are grabbing food, catching a movie, attending an event, or just walking around, Pullman Square consistently delivers a great experience and plays a major role in what makes downtown Huntington feel alive

Today after hiking in Kentucky at Carter Caves, we drove towards home and stopped off in Huntington at Pullman Square to have late lunch early dinner at Roosters We stopped at a bookstore slash comic book store to purchase a few books. We checked out a few other shops. Took some quick pics with kids with some of the stationary artwork pieces along the streets. Very lovely pieces!!! We had a nice afternoon before the rain came pouring down!!

⛲Pullman square as a rather beautiful place to look at with lots of shops and restaurants... You will also find a bookstore and Marquee cinemas... But don't spend all your money... It goes quick here... Please spend responsibly.

Great little shopping center, cinema, restaurant, arcade, ice cream, inner geek, if your a nerd like me.... Let's say... ALL ABOARD!!!. The whole square is super clean, and also very roomy even better on Thursday nights during the summer. They have a live band which everyone and anyone are invited and it's free! Parking is kind of hard at times just because that little square area is pretty busy. But that's the only negative thing I have to say is just parking is a pain at times but I wouldn't let that hinder you from coming down though.
