I ordered flowers for my friend at 9 am. They were delivered to her house by 10:30. They were HUGE and BEAUTIFUL. I'm so pleased with the service all around. Thank you.
If there is even a next time, I will be sure to post pics. It really seems to appear that the pictures used in the descriptions online and the measurements are false. The amount of flowers received in this arrangement are less than half of what is pictured. It looks like my wife received the standard when I paid for the premium. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because delivery time was met.
Spurlock’s Flowers has been our family’s go to florist for 60+ years. Their flower arrangements surpass any other floral arrangements I’ve seen. Recently, my mother passed and we knew she lived bright colors so we ordered a beautiful spray. It was twice the size of what others provide. I highly recommend them. Call them direct to discuss what you need and they will customize arrangements to your needs.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date for a certain occasion. They were delivered a day early. This totally defies logic as to why someone cannot read an order and proceed accordingly. This is the second time, over a two-year period, that this has happened. Seriously????? UPDATE: Edward has resolved this matter to my satisfaction. The customer service here was expeditious and excellent.
Extremely disappointed with flowers ordered online. The flowers that were sent and they were nothing like the flowers that had been ordered. Different color, different shape. I was told that they delivered my 2nd choice, but I made no 2nd choice. They blame it on issues with ordering online. They will issue a refund, but they obviously don't care that this was an important occasion and their lack of concern is bewildering. If they're aware that online orders are an issue, then they should follow up and ensure that the flowers ordered are correct. Again, extremely disappointed.
