We completed our agreed-upon shipment of flowers from Ecuador for them, delivering everything as promised and on time. However, despite our repeated attempts to collect the payment, he has failed to pay us for our services. This is not just a simple oversight; it is a blatant disregard for contractual agreements and the hard work of other businesses. Their lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and outright refusal to honor their financial obligations is unacceptable. We have exhausted all avenues of amicable resolution, and their silence on the matter is deafening and insulting. We strongly advise any individual or business considering working with Bella Fiori to proceed with extreme caution, or better yet, to look elsewhere. You risk investing your time, effort, and resources only to be left unpaid and disregarded. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and a significant setback for Urku Expressions. Save yourself the headache and financial loss.
DO NOT USE! Ordered a bouquet for a local delivery last Thursday. I was charge $100 and received receipts, but the flowers were never delivered. I have tried emailing and calling a bunch in the past week. You can not get anyone on the phone and they do not answer emails and now I’m out $100.
