I called from Hawaii directly to the shop's phone # and the lady who answered was most helpful explaining the different plants needs. She said the plant would be sent the same day I called. When the delivery man arrived, no one was home so instead of leaving the plant outside, he went to the neighbors explaining no one was home and he was worried the plant might be out to long in the cold. The neighbors took the plant as asked and was impressed with the delivery man being so thoughtful. I recommend Beverly Hills florist and will order from them again!

I HIGHLY recommend. Called today from Arizona and ordered a standing spray. The woman was friendly and i could tell in her voice I could trust her to make s beautiful arrangement. And she even texted me a picture of it. It was so beautiful it got a tearful “perfect” from my mother. She even got my long winded message for the sympathy card just perfect. It’s easy to support good people.

Birthday flowers for my daughter. Same day delivery, gorgeous fresh flowers. Very friendly and helpful. So many compliments on the arrangement 🩷

The website is kind of vague / dodgey, so originally I had some concerns. While I do wish there was more communication from the florist to customer for online orders’ process and progress, they made good on a last minute v-day order and delivered. Additionally, the flowers are fresh and beautiful, so was the printed card. Thank you. I will definitely order again. If you’re a prospective customer reading this, you should give them a try too.

Recently ordered flowers for my fiancés bridal shower, and even preemptively tipped because usually ordering flowers online goes great and they turn out beautifully and just what I wanted. Boy was I wrong and this was just an unfortunately bad experience with this florist. I paid for a large bouquet and tipped for a total of $100. Not only was the flower color and size of the bouquet totally wrong but some of the flowers were even dying and dried/brown on the edges. The vase as well, honestly awful compared to the comparison picture online and it was made of plastic. That night (Saturday) I submitted a complaint through their website. Waited until Wednesday and got no response. Tried calling a handful of times Wednesday, no one answered. Finally someone answered the following day and the conversation just was weird and 100% did not make me feel cared about as a customer. The florist refused to see a picture comparison, for some reason, of what I got versus the website and never once apologized for the wrong product or low quality for $100. In the end they gave me a $50 refund because I had already gotten a product, so I appreciated that. They did not fail to mention that the owner “was livid she agreed to give me $50 back” which is just weird to say to a customer in my opinion. The whole conversation was very difficult, way to long, argumentative and then became rude unfortunately. Maybe they make some nice bouquets but I can guarantee customer service is not in their nature. I am not one to review about a bad experience and usually forgive and forget but this one was just too much to not warn others. Maybe it was rare to happen here, I showed up 4 minutes before closing and had to leave town the next day and did not get to return them. But this interaction was just not pleasant. Sorry for the bad reference photos but I think you can see what I’m talking about.
