The staff was really nice and helpful but I ordered something for delivery that was time sensitive on Saturday. Never git a call that it wasn’t going to be out in time. It got delivered Monday with no call, or communication. I still got charged full price and no option to cancel even though it wasn’t delivered on time.
On behalf of my parents, I requested some personal floral touches to my annual Alter arrangements at St. Thomas a’ Becket Episcopal (75 Old Cheat Road). Ordered online through FTD. First picture is what I ordered, and second is what was sent. This is not $115.00 worth of flowers. They added more weeds, rather than more flowers since they didn't have the right flowers. I wouldn't complain if they would've added more flowers instead of all the weeds. Counting delivery fees & tax $144.00 not happy at all. Third picture is flowers from a grocery store for $18. It's obvious the $18 beat the $144
