Called flower shop after ordering on line 3 days earlier about my delivery. Was hung up on twice. Had to call back a 3rd time and finally talked to a female representative. She told me the flowers would be delivered by.2:00pm. We waited until 2:15 and no delivery. We received a phone after 2:30 about how and where to deliver. We were already gone for the day. Very upset my wife didn’t get her present on time as planned. Called back to complain and hung up on twice. Will not order from them again.
Everything was really incredible, the service, the delivery was on time, the fresh flowers and the floral arrangements look beautiful, I really recommend this place. They are the best.

I was looking for a fresh flower arrangement on a Sunday and found that Appleton Flowers is open every day of the week. Although they deliver I decided to go check out the store for myself. I'm certainly glad I did. I was able to pick out a big bouquet of fresh flowers at a very reasonable cost. The store is clean. They have a huge variety of party items for any occasion. Very friendly staff even helped carry out the arrangement to my car after noticing I have a cast on my arm. I'll definitely be back. THX!!
