Country Flower Shop delivered the most pitiful arrangement of flowers. I was beside myself. So terribly disappointed and embarrassed for my wife. I had the flowers delivered to her workplace. I ordered the best/most expensive arrangement they offered. I called and got an answering service. I left a detailed message. I got an email back, asking for feedback. I gave it. Heard nothing back.
I wish I could put out a good review knowing that this is the flower shop in my hometown & my father used religiously before his death. I ordered a DELUXE anniversary bouquet for my mother for their 49th wedding anniversary & it was so small & genetic, definitely not deluxe. It’s time I find a new shop to order from that will hopefully provide a better quality product. I was embarrassed that this was sent & should’ve demanded a refund but didn’t have the energy to deal with it at the time. At least they delivered on time unlike previous years when it was delivered prior to the actual requested day.
Excellent and beautiful Christmas arrangement made with us being in Florida . This shop did amazing work . Will, now order from them when sending flowers to Milwaukee . Thank You !!!!!

Difficult and unprofessional to deal with. Flowers were fine. For a business/industry that deals with making someone's day better or extending sympathy for the loss of a loved one, their service is rude and extremely unfriendly. Limited hours to deliver and if it doesn't fit their convenience, forget about it. TSA agents have more warmth than this place.
