After receiving (mainly) bouquets for the last six years though Black’s, doing our annual planting purchases through them, and loving everything I’ve ever received - I’m endlessly happy. Their quality of flowers is top-notch. They are so vibrant, healthy, and have a great lifespan. Their delivery service is incredible. Pricing is always reasonable. And their customer service is always so warm and family friendly.
Extremely disappointed in the arrangement. I ordered off of teleflora. I ordered a Sapphire Skies Bouquet - Deluxe. As you can see in the photos the arrangement sent out was nothing close to what I paid for. Teleflora was quick to offer a full refund along with an apology. Would not recommend this florist.
I called 2 days ahead of an event to ask if they could create an arrangement that featured some houseplants. It was for a memorial and I wanted to give the plants to family members at the end. There was a teleflora type arrangement for $60. I asked to add some fresh flowers and not go with the white memorial theme, but some bursts of color since the man we were honoring was a colorful guy, we agreed to add $20 of fresh flowers. I got a kinda shabby arrangement in a basket with what seemed like just $5-10 of fresh flowers added, featuring white lilies. I know my order was a little short notice, but I felt they hardly listened to my request. I asked for a bit more color in person and they added a couple flowers, but did not have much variety on hand. We ended up adding more flowers from a grocery store and it finally looked great. I'd say this business is kinda withering.
Exceptional service and awesome floral design skill! I’m a florist, myself, so I’m a little hard to please. Carly went above and beyond for me. They special ordered what I wanted in my arrangement, listened to me, and was so incredibly kind. Very satisfied with this flower shop and will use again!
We’ve used Black’s several times for various occasions. Everything is always high quality and fresh. Most recently, we ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it was gorgeous. 10/10 recommend!
