DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE. The website clearly listed exact measurements for the flowers and what we received did not meet those dimensions. For $ 100-$200, the arrangement was far smaller than advertised and the upcharge for large roses was not worth it. I called simply to discuss the flowers and to request a partial refund or at least an apology and acknowledgment to do better. Instead, the owner immediately became defensive. Acted as if he were the customer and yelled at me saying he "knew we would call and complain." Completely unprofessional. Somehow, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for expecting basic quality and accurate representation.

This flower company was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff was rude and harsh, acting like helping customers was a burden instead of their job. The flowers looked chopped up, wilted, and honestly ugly—nothing like the photos they advertise. On top of that, their apology felt completely insincere, as if they didn’t care at all about fixing their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or basic customer service.

Great experience - recommendation came from a friend as I am not located in Madison. The recipient loved her bouquet and sent a photo - flowers looked incredible and were put together well. Great service by phone to make this happen, delivered on time, and arrangement looked better than I could have expected. Will definitely use again if the opportunity presents.

My mother sent me flowers for my birthday and they were beautiful when I called to show them to her. She said those are beautiful, but that’s not what I sent. She told me she had sent me a plant. She was upset because she wanted me to have a plant that would last and so I told her if she wanted, I could call and talk to them and ask them what happened. I called and spoke with someone and he was very nice and told me they would look into what happened. The next day I received a delivery from them and it was the plant that my mother had originally ordered. I was very surprised and extremely happy with the customer service that they gave. It’s not often when a business gets it wrong and makes it right so immediately! I did not expect to receive the plant, but I’m very happy that I did and now I can enjoy it for a very long time and think of my mother when I look at it. Thank you for making it right. Both deliveries I received were beautiful.

This month I emailed online order for celebration of life the following day Took my CC payment and all is well. Next morning man from Choles called irritated he'd just gotten the order and proceeded to tell me the selection I'd made he had NONE of the components and he'd need to make substitution. When I asked what that would be he replied, "I have no idea.. I'll get something together". Offered nothing more. When I pressed him for at least some details, he became unreasonable and unfriendly. and suggested I could cancel the order. I hesitated and before I could continue, he hung up on me. I immediately wrote Choles to express my unhappiness and relay the experience and cancel the order. Not surprising I got a phone call from him shortly thereafter. His voice mail: call me. Sorry... no longer interested in anything he'd have to say. Next day I got an email that they were ready to send something and it would be really nice, probably better than what I had ordered. Nice?... that wasn't in the conversation I had. I took this order elsewhere and will do so in the future as well. Absolutely no attempt at any customer service, just took my head off for the late order and left me feeling like my business meant nothing.
