Ordered online—even though the exact flowers I chose were not in stock, I received a call asking about what flowers to use instead. It was great customer service and delivery same day! Very happy with the bouquet.

I ordered an arrangement that had online and what I got was completely different. It had less than half of the flowers that were posted in the photo of the arrangement. Very disappointed. I also wanted it to be a surprise delivery which I told them, and they called the person I was delivering it to and asked them if they were going to be home because they had a flower delivery coming. I asked for a phone call before the delivery driver left so I could make sure the person was home and never even received a call. Very disappointed that I paid a lot of money for something that was extremely less than what the photo portrayed. Unreliable business and will not go there ever again
"Loved It" doesn't quite say enough! I live in Green Bay, WI and have had them create and deliver bouquets on several different occasions there in Park Falls. They are amazing! Great communication, beautiful, stunning arrangements in the exact style I was looking for... and most importantly, the special person receiving the bouquet was stunned and blown away! I highly recommend The Blumenhaus!
I recently placed an order at the Blumenhaus for a live plant with fresh flowers for a local memorial service. I attended the service and was appalled when I saw the arrangement. A large spindly live plant with two ugly carnations jammed into the planter. Very unimpressive, especially in light of the price. I would never do business with this florist again.
