Bank of Flowers

When I placed my order, I requested a photo before it was delivered. The photo showed a very sparse amount of flowers in the arrangement. For almost $100 I should have received more flowers than what was in the arrangement. I said, are there only two roses? The answer back was no there are three. Wow. There was no offer to make any changes or to adjust the flowers in the arrangement. I am very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from your shop again.

We live in Kentucky but I wanted to send my husbands mom and grandma flowers for Mother's Day. I searched for (literally) hours for the perfect florist and it was so hard to find the right one. I finally stumbled upon Bank of Flowers and I loved that their bouquets were not the cookie cutter generic ones you see all over the internet, they were each uniquely designed and that's what I wanted for our mom and grandma. We ordered two bouquets that were both the perfect fit for them and they were delivered right one time and exceeded our expectations! The bouquets were absolutely lovely and they did not skimp at all (they were huge), we definitely got what we paid for. The notes were hand written as well, which I thought was a lovely touch. I also will add that we had to make an edit to the notes last minute so I called them to make the change and their staff was so kind and helpful. I attached photos they sent us of their bouquets. I wish I could've been there to see their reactions! Thank you for letting us send some love to our families when we can't be with them right now!

I came across Bank of Flowers through a friend who noticed my daughters name on their Friday Flower giveaway (very generous thank you my daughter was a recipient but we had to pay them forward). Yes, they give flowers... that gesture in itself says so many things. Not even a month later, my daughters homecoming date gave her the most beautiful three strand faux pear wrist corsage from this same florist. That's why I'm hook line and sinkered to this place. For the effort and that extra touch to make a woman of any age feel elegant and important for no extra charge gets my business. Twice now I've witnessed you're generosity without being a customer. This Homecoming season I was a customer of BOF. I couldn't have been happier. I ordered the faux pear wrist corsage and a boutonnière. The customer service was exceptional. Then I had an emergency on my end the afternoon before Homecoming. I needed another wrist corsage. My daughters boyfriend never ordered (first timer) it. I called BOF and I was accommodated without a problem. "Other" florists have not been able to help me in the past with last minute requests, but Bank of Flowers CAN!!! Thank you for your beautiful work, your talent, your exceptional customer service, your patience and saving my sanity this past Homecoming weekend. ***CHECK OUT THEIR CUTE STORE! I didn't catch the ladies name behind the counter, but she put together an amazing bouquet for me! My wife absolutely loved it. I will definitely be going back to a local florist rather than dealing with flowers.com I apologize for not catching your name, but thank you again! Update: A week later and the flowers still look great and smell amazing! 1000% will be going back!

Bank of Flowers will be my new go to flower shop! I visited this shop for the first time on June 9th just to play their name game. After entering the store near closing time, my husband and I were warmly greeted by a sweet and friendly employee (wish I had gotten her name). We simply told her we were there for no other reason but to play their name game that day. The employee smiled, she said “I’ll bet you’re Athena”, I stated I was. She eagerly went to the cooler grabbed a few fresh flowers, wrapped them in paper and tied a bow around them. What a nice end to my busy tired day of weed pulling in my own yard. My mini bouquet is almost 10 days old and still looks great (minus 1 stem) Thank you Bank of Flowers for bringing a little joy to my home for almost two weeks now 😊
