I walked in on Fri and asked if there was any way they could make a bouquet and boutonniers for a wedding that same afternoon. They said they could do it! I didn't realize until I was paying that it was also homecoming weekend. The flowers were beautiful! I am so thankful and very appreciative that they accommodated us with so much going on. Thank you so much!
Good customer service over the phone, but let down with the funeral arrangement. I paid extra and knowing I wasn’t getting the callas as in the picture, but I thought there would be a lot more flower material. The arrangement pictured is for $85, I paid $105 and only got 2 roses not 3 as pictured, and instead of the callas I got carnations!? Many other discrepancies but over all really disappointed with this experience on such a tough day.
We used Flora + Ivy for our wedding florals and could not have been more pleased. We worked closely with Jenny. From the initial consultation to wedding day delivery, we had the best experience. Jenny is kind, attentive, and a dedicated professional. She kept to our vision, provided her expertise throughout the planning process, and delivered beautiful arrangements on our wedding day. We received so many compliments on all of the florals. Jenny made our wedding day floral dreams come true.
I am greatly disappointed. I just called this morning and told my order would be delivered. I ordered 2 weeks in advance. This was unexcusable. No wonder you have so many poor reviews. It was my bad for not researching prior to ordering. Not only that but it was totally embarrassing not having flowers representing me my children and grandchildren at my father's Celebration of Life. Especially since you have a store right in the town where the ceremony took place. And you advertise free delivery, yet you charged me a delivery fee. I am not well and I am NOT UNDERSTANDING!!!!
Ordering online was relatively easy. Chose designer choice and they chose wonderfully. Mom was delighted with the flowers she received.
