Hi! You are correct, I did not purchase anything because when I visited, there was a very minimal inventory of what I was looking for. I stopped in to purchase a common house plant – a ZZ plant – of which you had none. I have driven by the business several times and always thought it looked so cute from the outside, but was somewhat disappointed when I stepped inside due to low inventory. The shop could be so cute with additional gift Items and household plants and supplies. The rating I gave was based on my experience when I stopped in and not based on an order/purchase.

I am a real person, who purchased from this business, I am not a fake review as one review suggests. I gave the invoice if google wants to verify my purchase. I think that some if the positive re Jews might be fake. Some how they took down my review. This is what happened: November 2022. I ordered a $50 arrange for my daughter who had a new baby, the “arrangement”, it was poorly done, the flowers were sparse 5-6 flowers and fillers ($8 worth at the grocery store), she said what do expect for only $50? I said I expect to look like the picture of what I ordered. They will not give you something like the picture. If you want pictures of what I ordered and what was sent contact me. The managers was very rude, short and snippy. I contacted her the say the flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered and poorly done, I even sent her a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. - completely different- basically it looked like they picked out flowers that were almost done and what was left in the cooler and shoved them in a vase. , she made no attempt to make it right. I ordered another bouquet from a different florist for the same $50 and it was beautiful. Buyer beware

My wife placed an online delivery order. Contacted the next morning the delivery was outside their delivery zone and the item ordered was not available. After failing to place my order with an affiliate they told me there was a $12 cancellation charge. After realizing the true error was the website accepting an out of state order and even if it was local they lacked the vase, I asked for a full refund which was rejected and argued with. Poor customer service and a bad experience. Any other business website would reject the order immediately for both reasons (location and inventory) Based on the fee I suspect this is intentional and a revenue stream.

I stopped in at Sussex Country Floral Shoppe on Main Street to order a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding. After leaving, I felt being my second marriage as well as a ceremony at the courthouse and a very small dinner gathering, the size of the bouquet was going to be too large. I called and spoke to the owner again. She understood my request for a smaller bouquet which I wanted made up with daisies. I also mentioned not too small because I am 5’9” and a little larger boned person. When I picked it up the morning of my wedding, I was shocked at the size of the bouquet. One of my hands is bigger than the bouquet! It was embarrassing. I asked if there was anything that could be done and the owner said ‘No’ she is out of flowers. I had no choice but to purchase both items. When I got into my car I cried. And the daisies were folded and some fell off In the plastic bag that it was in. My granddaughter suggested calling another florist. I called BANK OF FLOWERS in Menomonee Falls. They said I should come over, they will help me. They were absolutely wonderful and were able to create the most beautiful bouquet I have ever had. It was perfect. They created the bouquet and matching boutonniere in just one hour. My husband to be picked it up. When he showed me the bouquet, was breathless. It was perfect. I called them immediately and thanked them!
