I was supposed to visit my mom for her birthday, but I woke up with the flu and was devastated I couldn't see her. That morning I was able to jump on Thompson's website and order flowers which she recieved in just a few hours with free delivery. They were beautiful, she loved them. They also did my wedding flowers in 2009 which were also stunning! Thanks for helping make her day special.
I generally purchase my Wife flowers at this florist about 5 times per year. I generally travel between Baraboo, Wisconsin and Wisconsin rapids 3 times per week. My home is in between these areas. I went into Thompson's Full Bloom the day before Valentines Day. I have been having some health problems and really needed to use the bathroom, I was looking at the flowers before I asked her to use the bathroom and was going to purchase the flowers. She told me I couldn't use the bathroom and perhaps I could go to the police department to use the public bathroom. Due to the owner being so disrespectful I will never purchase flowers from this florist. I purchase my Wife flowers several times per year. Her business was one of three florists I generally use. Poor customer service results in the loss of a customer. I drove to another florist and purchased the flowers.
My husband got me stunning yellow roses from here for our 1 year wedding anniversary!!! They were huge!! Long stem yellow roses. They were delivered to my work.
I came in with a last minute request for a bridal bouquet. They gathered the pertinent information and created a bouquet. They also asked about a matching boutineer and knocked that out of the park as well! I can only imagine what they could have accomplished with plenty of lead time! We appreciate your help in making our daughters wedding special.
