Walmart Supercenter

Arrived mid morning today to pick up about a dozen items. After securing them all I headed for the self checkout. There are over 20 self checkout registers. Only four were open. When I got to the area, I asked one of the the clerks why there weren't others open as the line was long, even though there weren't many people in the store at that time. She said, "Because I had to go on break." Thinking OK, but you're back now... I asked again for more registers to be open. I was told, "Not now." Walmart just became the first company in the world to be valued at an astounding one trillion dollar$! It is understandable why they could care less about ensuring you have a timely checkout if it means they can't monitor your every move and make sure you don't abscond with an unpaid item - while you're doing their job for them. Walmart has made me feel like a piece of human trash for the very last time. I left my cart in the line and will never return.

This Walmart is not my regular local store, but I decided to stop by while I was in the area to pick up food items for the house. I was impressed by the huge selection and variety of ethnic foods available. The cashier, Pam, was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service with a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I have bought three products in the past month that have had slash marks in them, obviously from someone not taking their time with a box cutter. Two of them were loaves of bread and one was a $20 backpack. I have bought other items over the past year with the same issue. I shouldn’t have to return my bread/stitch up a brand new backpack that’s out of stock because someone couldn’t be bothered to be careful. Train your employees better. You all charge a lot of money for your products and I expect to receive them intact.

The person checking me out was very unfriendly and did not greet me. I could have had a better conversation in the self checkout. Not sure what the issue was as most others great you and carry on a small conversation.

Recently remodeled and always very clean with excellent customer service. The new store is awesome! Not sure how they keep the inside and outside as clean as they do but it's a feat in and of itself. Over all I have received excellent customer service in the Auto shop, the outdoor section, and at the customer service center as well. A lot of people I know come from nearby cities just to ship at this location because of the great experiences they've had as well. Ive even seen the store manager cleaning up the floor after a spill one time. This store deserves a visit!
