I was surprised today by a knock on the door by WR Floral and Gifts. The weather outside is frightful, so this visit was a surprise! The cheery driver handed me a bouquet of flowers and greeted me by name. My mom died recently in another state, and our church sent flowers to us. This bouquet is beautiful and so fragrant! It was nice to have people thinking about me during this time, and nice of this business to treat me so well.
I had a vision and a photo of a casket spray I wanted for my mother but that was not in the standard book at the floral shop. I described what I had wanted and when the flowers arrived, they were stunningly beautiful and when a few of the fillers were not available, a baby’s breath was substituted and just brought the look all together. It was even prettier than the photo I had brought in. Thank you to Floral and Gifts for the short notice funeral arrangement needed and stellar casket spray. Very pleased!
My aunt passed away, and living out of state now I always try to order from a local shop. I found Wisconsin Rapids floral and gifts through google, I found an arrangement I liked but the plants that were in it were out of stock. The florist I believe her name was Sarah? Was very very helpful in suggesting some other plants that would be pretty and long lasting. She was very understanding when I had a moment of tears during my order. She even sent me a picture of the finished product. Reasonably priced I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. Beautiful products!! I tried Wisconsin Rapids Floral primarily due to their location being so close to my house & found that they are amazing! I ordered corsages & boutonnieres for my son & daughter as well as a couple they were going to Prom with. The arrangements turned out perfect & were exactly what I ordered!! The best part was the cost wasn't as outrageous as other places I called or looked at online. And I would like to add that the flowers lasted all through their dance. Win-Win all the way around!! I will definitely be using Wisconsin Rapids Floral for future floral/gift needs!!
