Beautiful flowers in a stunning arrangement! Communication from Jana was excellent. I appreciated the email when the flowers were delivered and that they were delivered relatively early in the day. The price was great especially considering how fresh the flowers were and the size of the arrangement. I would 100% recommend Ethereal Designs and I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you!
Great experience. Worked with Jana at Ethereal Designs. I think we employed all the digital communication options - text, call, email - via website & social media. Jana was fast to respond and effective in offering ideas and solutions in designing a surprise, 50th Anniversary floral arrangement. In the end, it's all about the flowers and how they're arranged that captures the emotion of a special occasion - Jana and Ethereal Designs delivered. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this floral studio. A close friend lost someone very close to them and their family this week, and being out of state can always be tough to not be able to be close to them. I wanted to find a way to show her we were thinking of her with flowers and to find someone to make a bouquet for her that was both beautiful, to bring a smile during a difficult time, but also meaningful, Jana went above and beyond. She was extremely responsive to my requests and questions and she also went out of her way to add a little touch of her own with a little butterfly after reading the message we wanted on the card. Not a lot of companies will take that extra step for their customers, but Jana does. It truly meant the world to me.
