Nate's Flowers & Gifts is a reliable, trustworthy local Casper business, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had originally ordered three funeral arrangements from another company that claimed to be local. On the morning of the visitation, they sent a form email saying they couldn’t fulfill the order and had canceled it—no phone call, no text, just a cancellation. I called Nate’s in a panic, and the gentleman who answered was calm, kind, and reassuring. He even apologized for how the other business had treated me. He explained that because it was Monday his flower stock was a bit low, but I told him I wasn’t picky—I just needed three nice arrangements for the visitation, or at worst the funeral the next day. Despite the short notice, he delivered three beautiful arrangements in time for the visitation, just a few hours after my call. I am incredibly grateful for Nate’s service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend them.
Beautiful arrangements, flowers, and plants. Can be a bit on the expensive side compared to other big box retailers, but this business is small and local. Very worth the extra price for their kindness, dedication to detail, and customer service. Would highly recommend for all of your floral needs in the area!
Alexis was such a darling to talk to over the phone. She made the process so easy and was super sweet to talk to. Nate's always does an incredible job and I gladly will keep going back.
I’ve had 2 experiences with Nate’s flowers this year. Both arrangements were beautiful and lasted a long time. Absolutely no complaints with the flowers. The only reason I decided to make a review is because I figured the owners should be aware of this situation that happened months ago. And I don’t like posting negative reviews. The flower day on October 15th made me feel so much better if I ever decide to use their store. It was incredibly sweet. But the terrible situation I had was back in June (I know I know, it’s months later, sorry) I had just given birth to my second kid, and my father passed away 10 days after he was born. This was June 17th I believe. I was sitting in bed nursing my barely 2 week old son, toddler is asleep when suddenly I heard someone BANGING on my door. My postpartum anxiety shoots through the roof, my husband was working out of town, we live in a rural area so we don’t get people coming door to door. I start trying to get up (again, breastfeeding a newborn) to see what in the hell is going on. The banging starts again, it sounds like my door is trying to be broken down. I then immediately think I’m about to be robbed. I grab my G.ood-ole U.nderwear-wrecking N.ightime-maker and head to the door with my newborn. Check the window and see a van. I open the door and ask “Can I help you?” The delivery driver then walks up to the door and says “Is there something wrong with your door?!” And I said “ugh no, I was feeding my baby?” And he shoves a flower arrangement at me, I said “thank you” and he doesn’t say anything and walks away. I’m so sorry I ruined your day by not dropping my newborn on the floor and answering the door within seconds, not to mention how unnecessary it was to try to, what I assume, kick my door to knock. It wasn’t a big arrangement so I know his hands weren’t full, it wasn’t an overly hot day, you clearly see I JUST had a baby, and if you read the card you’d understand I’ve been sobbing my eyes out all day and a family friend bought me flowers. I’m so sorry I ruined your day. I was in shock of how rude he was, and how unnecessary it was to be mad at ME the receiver, because I didn’t order the flowers and ask you to drive to a 10 minutes outside town for a delivery. That is my ONLY reason to give 4 stars. Again I’m sorry I’m revisiting this 6 months later. And I really appreciated the employees who came up to me in the PetSmart parking lot to hand me free flowers. Like I said that situation made me feel so much better about using Nate’s flowers. I hope that delivery driver is feeling better and I’m still praying for him.
Always amazes me, All I do is call and I say do what you guys do and Bam they killed it again! Thank you guys for such awesome customer service! Always so friendly! I highly recommend Nate’s for all floral needs hands down! Thanks for helping me keep that bright beautiful smile on my wife’s face!!
