I was pleased that they took my order last minute. I wish they wouldn't have. The fruit basket was thrown together. It has 2 pears ( one of which was mushy, brown and ready to throw away. It has 2 oranges a couple apples and I paid near $100 for it. I have never been so disappointed. It was for Valentine's/birthday. I would never order from there again and certainly would never refer them
I ordered a bouquet from Susan at Ridley's floral shop and was impressed with her helpfulness and expertise. The flowers were delivered on time and were fresh and beautiful. My daughter loved the bouquet and it brightened up her day. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of a high-quality bouquet. Thank you, Susan!
I ordered mothers day flowers for my wife because I was going to be out of town. Her delivery was late and the flowers were poor quality and died within a day. When I called to speak to someone about it, Alex told me there was nothing she could do about it. I haven't ordered from here for a few years because we've been building a house and cash was short, but the quality has dropped terribly since the other girl who ran it for so many years! Sure wish I knew where to find her! I think her name was Sunny? You should bring her back. this Alex is rude, lacks customer service skills, as well as the ability to make flowers pretty.
My husband ordered a beautiful picture of a bouquet of roses and lilies and carnations online. He paid $72. What I got? No lilies, 3 roses, a lot of carnations, with the bouquet about 1/4 the size what was advertised.
The ladies that work here are absolute gems! They are so kind and so helpful and go out of their way to make unique and beatiful bouquets! I'm always highly impressed and recommend whenever I can! 10/10
