My bf purchased flowers for my birthday from here on 12/9. He asked for red roses but all they had were Christmas bouquets. He brought home the bouquet and it’s awful. The four white roses are already dead, a few of the carnations were broke, the Christmas fern is dead and falling off, and the silver Christmas bulbs look cheap. Most in the flowers are so small they’re barely sticking in the foam. The flowers at Albertsons across the street are nicer. Don’t waste your money going here.

We were unable to attend a family members Memorial Service in Cheyenne, WY. We live in Arizona & wanted to send flowers from a local shop in Cheyenne. We looked online & found Bouquets Unlimited. Ordering was easy. The flowers exceeded our expectations, they were beautiful. We highly recommend this Florist.

Delivery was awesome and the flowers were beautiful but I ordered a premium bouquet and what I ordered vs what was delivered looked very different in size comparison

Ordered the premium multi-color tulip for $98, and there were... not even 12 tulips of dubious quality. My orders have come through this florist twice now, and the recipient has been polite, but told me that her flowers died after 3 days.

Very disappointing! Sent flowers and paid for the premium version (size on web site said 12” x 13”). What she got had 4 sunflowers total and was 1/2 that size. I called to express my disappointment and got a bunch of excuses as to why they their arrangements look nothing like the website and how they have zero control over the flower sizes. Apparently I am the only complaint she has ever received so “it must not be an issue”. This is not about the cost…I would have paid double for my daughter to get the beautiful arrangement as pictured. Attached are the photos of what I ordered and what was delivered…you be the judge.
