Flowers for the wife's birthday! Ladies whom I called answered any questions I had and were willing to substitute some flowers for Hyrdrengas (the wife's favorite). Needless to say she loved them! Asked for them to be delivered between 9-12, they met that window and I encountered 0 issues.
I love supporting small businesses, especially as a small business owner myself. Even though I live in Texas, Heather at The Prairie Rose gets it right every single time. Her floral arrangements are always beautiful and perfectly matched to what I envision — even when I place last-minute orders! Heather goes above and beyond by sending photos before delivery and making sure everything is just right. I highly recommend The Prairie Rose to anyone, especially if you live out of state. ❤️
My experience with the Prairie Rose is based on more than one interaction but the most impactful was during the purchasing of flowers for my wedding. They helped me select the perfect l flowers with the right colors, figure out the timing for ordering them, and did everything they could to meet my financial limits. Trust me, I called everywhere, they had the best prices by far!! But aside from all the practical aspects they were just incredibly friendly as a whole. I actually loved having an excuse to go in and talk to them about the wedding and everything that was happening. So much so I made sure to bring pictures of the event afterward and thank them again.
Disappointed! I ordered my grandma flowers two weeks ago to be delivered yesterday and the arrangement she received was nothing that I ordered. It looked liked a kid put it together. When I called they said they didn’t have the flowers that go in that arrangement…. Confused by this cause I ordered two weeks in advance how did they not have what was needed nor was I contacted about changes. I sent a photo of what she got and still haven’t heard anything back. They offered to make a new one but they said they would have to take the others ones back and order new flowers and wouldn’t get the ones I ordered till Tuesday 2 days after her birthday! Just really frustrated it wasn’t a last minute gift. Like stated it was 2 weeks!
Eh…..I spent 84 bucks on probably at solid set of 20 dollar flowers…they were helpful & nice people. I try to support local businesses as much as possible. The delivery was around 3:30 in the afternoon - still was charged delivery & made sure the person was around all day for their “surprise”….they stepped out to pick up their kid & missed delivery. Had to go pick them up themselves. Not the shops fault but for nearly 100 bucks for 3 roses & a few other flowers….won’t use them again.
