The most beautiful Bouquet for my Wife's Birthday. My Wife is thrilled. Harts & Flowers always gives me the best product in Green River.
Lady hung up on my mom!!!! Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday and no attempt was made till Wednesday. My grandma Had flowers delivered to her for her birthday even placing the order she was just plain rude. My mom sent me and her the video footage of the delivery guy, he didn’t even ring or knock on the door for drop off. When my mom called them after he left a slip the lady was super rude and yelled at her that she tried calling and no one answered, she said my mom can come get them or they would try again tomorrow. Then hung up on her! They delivered again today Thursday dec 5, 24 and the arrangement is beautiful but the attitude they had with her during all of this it wasn’t even worth it! My mom is battling cancer and really sick and to be treated like that when someone was trying to do something nice is not okay it’s very unprofessional. We will never support this business or behavior again and I’ll be sure to spread the word around.
Harts & Flowers is my go to in Green River. I live out of state and have used Harts & Flowers for local deliveries on more than one occasion. They are friendly and honest and do not disappoint. I ordered a dozen red and white daisies for my sister in law for Mothers day. I was told at the time I placed my order that she couldn't guarantee color. Well, not only did they come through with the colors, they delivered the most beautiful daisies I've ever seen. Thank you Harts & Flowers for coming through yet again.
